SHIPMENTS
Malù Srl reserves 24 working hours to complete the necessary administrative procedures.
The time taken by the courier for delivery must then be added to this day. The times and methods vary depending on the courier used.
When calculating delivery days, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included.
During peak order periods, delivery times may be longer.
For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated from the date of confirmation of payment.
Delivery times may be delayed in the event of:
- holiday
- products not available at the time of order
- bad weather
- courier strikes

RETURNS
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receiving your order, along with the completed return form, which you can download by clicking the following link: (* download the return form here *)
Any returns without the relevant paper form will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for arranging the return of the goods, including the costs and risks associated with shipping.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and boxes), stored without any signs of wear or dirt.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in the following paragraphs.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts;
- the shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer;
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- In the event of damage/theft/loss of the goods during transport, the customer will be notified of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in our warehouses), allowing them to promptly file a complaint with the courier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
- Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and/or original wrapping are damaged, Malù Srl will withhold a percentage of the refund due, no more than 10% of the refund, to cover restoration costs.
Except for any repair costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, Malù Srl will refund the customer the full amount of the returned items within 14 days of receiving the goods, by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or PayPal account.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period has expired.
The customer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The customer is only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us
( Malù Srl, Via Catania 23, Email: info@naluselection.it ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration, such as a letter sent by post, fax, or email. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery type offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.
The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Please return the goods or hand them over to us at Via Catania 23, Albano Laziale 00041 without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.
